Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://jleesplumbing.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, JLee's Plumbing markets and arranges Water Heater Conversion, Water Heater Maintenance, Commercial Plumbing, Residential Plumbing, Tankless Water Heater Services. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://jleesplumbing.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JLee's Plumbing or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Account Closure. JLee's Plumbing reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

No Warranties. JLee's Plumbing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Damages. JLee's Plumbing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold JLee's Plumbing harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
